Company Audition

ProArteDanza is seeking professional contemporary/ballet dancers for their Toronto 2022 Season. Candidates must be available during the months of May, June, July, October and November. 

We welcome dancers of every identity and encourage artists who identify as First Nations, Inuit, Métis, Black, People of Colour, and those of the 2SLGBTQ+ community.

ProArteDanza is a repertory contemporary dance company which challenges and inspires our artists and our audience through bold new work and invests in the future of the art form through educational programs.

ProArteDanza's ChoreoLab is designed to nurture up-and-coming choreographers, provide support for diverse dance artists while expanding the range of artists creating work for the company.

Now in its 3rd year, past ChoreoLab artists include Syreeta Hector, Aria Evans, Chantelle Good and Nicholas Tull.

For our 2023 program, one talented artist will be selected to join our ChoreoLab program and collaborate with four ProArteDanza dancers for an intensive one-week period in August 2023. The selected choreographer will receive a fee, studio space, and mentorship from Roberto Campanella and/or Robert Glumbek.
